The most customisable EuroCave wine cabinet. Choose from an array of finishes, shelving and temperature options.

Choose single-zone for cellaring or multi-zone for serving and cellaring, based on how you enjoy your wine.

Main du Sommelier cradles protect each bottle from vibration and prevent labels from scratching against the shelf. Adaptable to many different bottle sizes.

Ambient amber lighting gives every bottle a warm, considered presentation – making Pure a feature of the room, not just a wine cabinet.

Everything you need to know about the Pure Small.
EuroCave wine cabinets can accommodate ALL bottle types common to Australian wine collections including magnums. Many other wine cabinet brands are ONLY suited to the slimmer Bordeaux bottles, resulting in significantly lower bottle capacities and/or potential label scratching.
Yes. A Pure wine cabinet can be presented either freestanding in a room or built into custom joinery, provided the Installation Instructions to ensure adequate ventilation. Please note that the Revelation’s full glass door is not designed to have joinery attached. For a wine cabinet that sits discreetly behind cabinetry, we recommend our Compact or Inspiration ranges.
Yes. For aesthetic purposes, we recommend placing a solid vertical panel between each wine cabinet. Allow at least 10mm between walls/panels and wine cabinets for ventilation and ease of installation. It is very difficult to perfectly ‘line’ up wine cabinets as most walls / floors and joinery are ‘out’, even by a few millimetres. Please refer to the Installation Instructions for more information.
A single temperature wine cabinet can be set anywhere between 5°C and 20°C, and this will apply for ALL wine inside the unit. We recommend 12-14°C for cellaring longer term. A multiple temperature wine cabinet provides a ‘gradation’ of temperature from the bottom shelf (coldest), to the top shelf, all in the ONE zone. This allows all wine varietals to be served at their ideal drinking temperature.
Yes! A EuroCave wine cabinet consumes approximately 200 Watts of power when the ambient room temperature is at 25°C, or 128-165 kWh/year on average, depending on the model. This is up to 67% less energy than traditional cabinets.
